Town Hall Meeting Expert

Experts In Town Hall Meetings!

We are proud to be the first to introduce and conduct Town Hall Meetings on the issues of bullying in local school districts, in cities and towns across the state of Wyoming!
In May of 2010, after much discussion and matters over the communication break down between school administrations and parents due to the issues of bullying and their children, we were happy to introduce the "first-ever" town hall meeting in Cheyenne WY to address the community's concerns.  Setting a precedence in the proper way to conduct respectful, effective and successful meetings between the various attendees, we were awarded an RFP from the Wyoming Department of Education and began administrating town hall meetings around the state.'

What have we learned from conducting the town hall meetings?

We have learned many things! Community members are interested and want to address their local school districts with their children's safety concerns while attending school, but are really not sure what the proper procedures are to go about it.  School administrations are very concerned about our children - but are extremely busy handling the day to day matters of conducting school affairs, therefore they may not realize that parents in the community are struggling with the correct and effective way to contact them when they have a problem.

Communication Is Key!

Properly run, respectful and efficient town hall meetings can meet the needs of both the parents and the school administrations by addressing every issue head on and by explaining not only the school rules, but also the parent's concerns, so that school officials can take note of and create successful ways to resolve them.

Town Halls are not for the faint of heart...
But they do not have to be painful either!

Every community in America has it's own agendas, problems and issues.  Thankfully most school  districts have leaders who take their responsibility serious and are concerned for the safety, well being and happiness of their students, therefore they seek out ways to learn how to make their communities a better place to live and grow.  There is no better way to improve a community than by listening to the voices of it's members.  Communities are actually one huge family and like healthy families, should allow their members to be pro-active by sharing their concerns and ideas so that resolutions can be achieved.  Using power or position to censor or squelch a community's voice is no different than the bullying we are all trying to extinguish.

We are proud to announce that we are now offering our town hall meeting services throughout the United States.
